She will get the Supreme Court position only because it's what Obama wants so he can boost his popularity ratings among the Hispanics and women-Obama's popularity is soaring DOWN because of the trillion dollar deficit, all that money spent on the stimulus with 9.5% unemployment (the real figure is about 17% to 20% if you count the people whose unemployment checks ran out).
