Lennon knew the doctor who pronounced him dead, and that's a fact. In a 2004 interview, the doctor acted suspicious about not letting anyone have access to Lennon's bloody clothes which are stored in the hospital safe(for some odd reason.) Maybe it's pig blood and it's all a cover up or maybe DNA could prove it wasn't Lennon. 50/50 I'd say.
