Theres a quest in the shivering isles where you get bad effects after the good effects of the drug wear off. The quest is the first quest on the mania side i beleive, and the quest is called addiction. The drug is felldew.

"player.additem 0004E0A9 100" (without the "") for 100 skooma, or write whatever number you want

If you want Skooma then look OUTSIDE the Imperial city walls, near the stables. Look for a man named Shady Sam, he'll sell you some. Or look for the house named 'Skooma Den' in Bravil.

Yes, if you use nearly all your fatigue while the effect still is on. Then, immediately after it wears out, you fall.

I had glass but is was so ugly IMO. So I got some transcendent Sigil stones with fire shield, shock shield and frost shield and enchanted my Mithril set.

Now it's better than Daedric and much lighter.

You can do this with any armor type, pick the one you like the best. The max armor rating is 85.
