  • yeah aggressive weight lifting is taxing on the kidneys and liver and depletes Jing. Dumping down excessive foods to compensate doesnt necessarily solve the issue.

  • Sometimes it's hard because we want to hold on to anger- it feels good to break something when we're angry, but we just have to let go. Letting any negative energy release from our muscles and welcome in the positive. It feels so good to do it, but it takes a bit of coaxing the mind.

  • Very true, thanks for the reminder! You once mentioned hanging from the inversion table for sleep improvement. I think that could be a great way too for releasing tension. That appeals so much to me, I want to buy one asap (that is as soon as i can afford a good one). So in the evening, i could let it "all hang out". :)))

  • @TheCaseyInman you can do strenuous exercise, but realize that often times LESS is more in that regard. check out The 4 Hour Body. He put on 28 Pounds of muscle in 30 days, with only 4 hours of total gym time.

  • @herbgardner00 you get no apology from me. i dont care what anybody says you can't put on 28 pounds of muscle in a month. to anybody who wants to get in better shape than please dont listen to this BS. it takes hard work and dedication. not some special workout or voodoo juice. just dont be disapointed when you dont put on 28 lbs of muscle in a month, or year for that matter. its all about the hard work.

  • So totally agree with you. How do feel about msm powder? I am comparing it to some tonic herbs like astragulus and other muscle and skin toners. Also using resveratrol. Dude it has vastly improve my eyesight in addition to tratak excersises

  • You can turn the iPad so the camera isn't on the side but on the top!! Or bottom, or other side, there is the 3 point axis so no matter what way u have it placed it recognizes what the right side up is and records correctly,

  • My life changed in a big way when I started the practice of Qigong, both standing and seated. Bodywork is great also but IMO it is a way to put somebody in a position to do their own practice more effectively. If you've felt powerful energy work during a bodywork session, the perhaps you can understand the effectiveness of consistent Qigong practice. Qigong practice can make you sleep better, digest food better, and get rid of all manner of blockages in the body. Just be patient. Great vid. :-)

  • hey man , just wanted to say hello. just subbed a few days ago. i really like your approach to alot of things. i started researching consciousness, quantom machanics, energy work, dmt, pineal gland the ego ect ect about 4 years ago. i find it all very interesting, but also find it very hard implement into my daily life for some reason. i suffer greatly from tention. i need to learn how to let go:) anyway ive been watching your vids and think youre doing an awesome job. peace

    Further could you write out the names of the different types of massage's that you recommended here?

  • @Gijera thai massage, deep tissue, or even just swedish massage. all are good, just depends on what you need and have access to.

  • my ex boyfreind leaving me was the biggest lesson i learnt in letting go, when u wanna be with someone so bad & they dont it is theeeee most frustrating thing in the world but it really helps you to learn to let go....there is nothing you can do....
