@djsterf Those crossovers get a little crazy at the end, but fun as well. I noticed DDR 10-footers have been overly-gimmicky since Supernova, especially in terms of stops and BPM changes. I prefer ITG because the difficult charts tend to make sense. What was this in, DDR X?

reason i am extremely impressed: now this is arguably the trickiest song in ddr ,harder than chaos because of those gradual bpm shifts, but sterf is the only person to aaa this in the world, even to this date, and the mix has been out in widespread access for 3 years or more now

@tysonultima Nobody else likes these pads. The up arrow is really picky and often gives misses. It also slides, which contributes to that -- I don't think the panel is the right size. haha those are Lands End generic sneakers. I do play ITG some and have a lot of quads on Expert, but I don't upload much. It doesn't really have much of a reliable standard right now.

Depends on where you are, what goals you want to set, etc. Listen to your steps, learn common patterns, and don't get too frustrated. Those are three biggies.

I have a question, I am an old school DDR'r, so is holding the bar cheating. I only believe that you should hold it for fast songs, but you shouldn't hold it for regular songs. I mean that youo must get into the song, only hold the bar to keep from falling off.

There's a definite bunch of new schoolers who started by playing ITG. It's odd to see a player play no bar on ITG. Pump also often has a "bar" and "no bar" division in its tournaments. With DDR, Marvelous attack as well as flatfooted and more conservative style of play have pushed players to use bar much more. It's not rare to see people playing with bar on 5s and 6s to keep a little more stable to MA better as well as to be more conservative with energy.

I think the main reasoning behind bar use is, 'It's there, so why not use it to help you play.' Being an inventor's son, the whole notion of 'form follows function' makes me see it as more of a creative outcropping of bar use over the last few years. Some people need it to play. Some people don't need it, but use it as a way to play more conservatively.

1 & 2 are points against people who clearly didn't follow Jesus'/New Testament teachings. 3 is personal, but with 4 in mind, I think evolution is a philosophy of beginnings, but I don't think it holds nearly as much water as I was taught in school. I definitely believe in a Creative Being who made things with logical design.

lol I never said that. Christianity is a personal relationship, it can't be forced. It's always a matter of your heart and what you believe -- either you believe in Jesus and accept His gift of Salvation, or you reject Jesus. It is a serious decision. I wish that everyone would follow Jesus, but not everyone does, and that's ultimately their personal decision, though Jesus did warn of consequences in passages such as Mark 9.

Jesus claimed, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life -- no man comes to the Father except through Me" (John 14:6). He made the claim. I believe His claim.

"Saved" means that through faith in Him, we are saved from the wrath of God that we deserve. See, Scripture states that all are evil from the get-go (e.g. see Romans 5). We disobey God's commands, and we need forgiveness. This was done through Jesus' perfect sacrifice for us. It's either for us to believe or reject it.

Pluto Oni is trickier than anything else I've played due to all the BPM speed-ups/slowdowns and dead stops, but Relinquish is just moving your feet fast and to the beat. It's a different type of hard, but I think that Relinquish won't be as hard to AAA as this. I have 2 on Relinquish, so that could go to 0 soon if I went for it.
