oh great memories, this band and album, made my summer of 86, i was 16, saw them late summer at the octagon Sheffield, ( next day i think they played Bramhall Lane, ), but it was so good.. such memories, i had one of the best summers ever that year..never went home..lived out of my big green Benetton duffle bag..lol lol

You are correct. Not they are NOT the ONLY American in love with Paul Heaton and the Housemartins. My brother and I had a band band in the early 1990's that played this song, plus Over There, I'll Be Your Shelter, We're Not Deep and other Housemartin songs as well as several Beautiful South songs. I miss those days.
