nope, we did flying in four, it's the newer program
it should help, there might be more specific training you could do for long jump, also if your in track season this probably woudn't be best idea you need to be able to do this program without other practices/workouts, etc

what is Luis max squat for 12 reps? i am same height and 68kg and want to compare(i do plyometric, core, and flexibility training aswell)
