Since when did 1 'heavenly' year equate to 1000 'human' years in Islam? The quran is quite clear in Surah 32:5 that in relation to heavenly commands and directives in this world "...one day whose measure is a thousand years by your reckoning..."

So that is 1 'heavenly' day = 1000 earth years NOT 1 'heavenly' year = 1000 earth years!!!
