Love this album! The music was so great back then. I remember my Mom playing this, and hearing through out house. I was about nine or ten when Nancy &Lee put this album out. I had the coolest Mom. She listen to the doors, Beatles, Herb Albert, The Stones, The Classics IV. In the 70's,80's Santana, CCR, Lightfoot, America, Chicago, Cream, The Eagles. Because of my Mom I appreciate and listen to music from the 30's all the way up to now, all though there's not much to choose from now day's.

My handle is 4sundown - I originally wanted it to be just sundown; however, everywhere I tried using it, somebody else was alreday using it - so, 4sundown it will be. Now, The reason I wanted sundown is this song - it was my favorite back in the '60's. Wish I had a voice like Lee's.

Been listening to this for 30 years. Now my 13-yo has it on her iPod instead of Kanye or Fallout Boy (which trips her friends out) and my 3-yo plays along on his li'l drum kit. ;-D

Hi fellow nancy n lee lovers, I absolutely luv the album with all these great duet songs on it :) I really cant understand why some people judge lee hazlewood on his looks?? music isnt about looks its all about what the artist/artists give to you , and i must say these two are fantastic together and it brings back great memories listening to these songs again, it was one of my mothers favorite albums and I luv it too , R.I.P Lee and thanx for the memories , Tom (Australia)

Wow, what an evocative song. It really brings back some strong emotional feelings. Nancy sure looked good back then. Where did that eye make-up go? And Lee Hazlewood... That's what a MAN'S voice sounds like. Rest in Peace, Lee.

I dont know why I bought this one at the flea market but it was a great find. The contrast between their voices is like the one between the baratone guitar and the harmonica on the Morricone soundtracks to the Spaghetti Westerns.

Cool album, my Dad had it on reel to reel. I thought that the songs were great but that Lee Hazelwood had to be the butt ugliest man in the music industry.

Your right, his voice on this entire album was amazing. The music of the era was recorded on analog tape and there were no computer enhancments of any type back then. Most studios had a maximum of eight tracks and editing was done with a razor blade and a roll of scotch tape. I'm just glad there was no MTV/VH1 back then, the album probably would have never been released. Look what happened to Heart after Nancy puffed up, she could still sing, but no more albums for her.
