Of course it's possible :) You should mess with brush and know some shading and highlighting theory..of course it's not easy at first, but if you keep practicing I'm sure you can do it :)

Its good.

But the only reason it came out good with the mouse is because you used special brushes so in a way your not really drawing it. I draw with a mouse and usually use ms paint and my drawings come out great for only using ms paint and a mouse. I've used twisted brush also but the brushes dont compare to what you use.
