No, he's not a genius, he's just one of the people in this world with some common sense in his head. If more people thought this way, the human race wouldn't be the train wreck that it is. Regardless of your race, your religion, or what you have in terms of money, people are people. If we want to continue as people, we need to conduct ourselves accordingly instead of acting like mindless jackasses. Get up every day, and make the best effort that you can make to improve your self and your life.

@gullreefclub And yet Bush had nothing to do with the current state of affairs? And not necessarily, Congress can override the president's veto. Ergo, the system of checks and balances prevents the president from having the "final say". And a slim majority in the house is much larger than most people assume it to be. That "slim majority" is not only still a majority, but it can also sway the outcome of many different types of scenarios.

Now let's leave the class room and get into the real world The real world is that government spending since Obama has been in office is up over 21%, and our National debt is out of control. The economy is a shambles and the out look is for more pain The job of the president is to lead our country so please tell me how good of job he has done so far Sure things were not peachy keen when he took office but their worse now

Regardless, when FDR took office, (and got us out of the great depression), he created jobs and attempted to spend also, so this isn't the first time something like this has happened. If you want to argue about "how good of job he has done so far" then I'll point out that no president ever does a "good job". Someone always has a problem with them until 50-60 years after their term ends. Welcome to the real world

Interesting that you mention FDR and the New Deal, you should watch the Glenn Beck video comparing the new deal to the Obama health program. Your right the New Deal worked, but one thing for sure the Obama administration is not working the same way the Hoover or the Harding administration did not work

He is easily one of the most biased and idiotic hosts of any sort of media forum. And I don't see how you can call Obama out while comparing him to two republican presidents who's administrations "did not work". Both Hoover and Harding were republican both ideologically and fiscally while FDR was a democrat. Your point?

Not that it matters, but for perspective: I am a 29 year old, white male, Marine veteran, college grad, working on a grad degree who has just survived cancer.
