Not to be a nerd or antiamerican but they only mention the western allies (Actually only the U.S) here who helped win the war but for the most part the war was won when Soviet Russia forces drove the Nazis back from Moscow and Captured Berlin the western allies helped alot but Russia did more than them i think it woulve been really cool too see some Russian Heroes come and fight along with the "Americans" in this episode (although only Green lantern and Batman are from USA)
@BodyHarvest64 i did say they helped them alot but raw materials wernt gunna win the war britain was a lost cause and germany controled all of europe the U.S was determined not to get involved until pearl harbor not to mention that 80% Yeah 80% of Nazi forces were fighting the Red army (Russian Army) in the Eaast the battle of moscow staling grade the battle of teh bulge the battle of berlin all had 2 million men fighting in the west D-day had a invasion force of 100,000
I wonder maby grean lanturn couldn't use his lantern because of the time distruction or the fact that he went back in time otherwise he could probably found a secure aria to hide and powered back up or maby he just never got that chance.
@codafett That'd be weird, since it's obviously Nazis (I mean, they even showed Hitler). I'm guessing that the altered Nazi symbol is meant to show that Savage is now leading Nazi Germany.

This was always one of my favourite episode-arcs of the show.
Superheroes essentially began during the wars and were often portrayed fighting Nazis.
Good to see the modern shows return to form.
