get debut video capture software, you can record screen or webcam and also take snap shots. just go onto google and type in: "debut video capture free download" then go to the top one, i think the site is somthing like nchsoftware .. i think thats the site name, im not sure, but its somthing like that

um look in the top left corner and you'll see a little water mark that reads unregistered hypercam. which means he's using hypercam. hypercam blows anyways i prefer camstudio. i also use camtasia to but for simple quick recordings i use camstudio. camstudio doesn't use watermarks and is 100% free to.
