i have a trx250ex and im getting a trx450r for my b day i want to cut my fenders like you did and im going to get a bore kit on it to make it a 490cc with stage two hotcam and shaft with a factory 4.1 fmf got any ideas??

i would go with a better exhaust. FMF doesnt make thegreatest IMO. Go DASA or JSR

Never had a problem with the valves on my CRF450 and it's an 05

Nice TRX, are you having any valve problems with it? I know the engine is based off of the CRF 450 which has a ton of valve problems

What do you mean by "problems?" Going out of spec? Wearing out? Breaking?

The CRF valves tend to tighten up really easy. I had a 450 that I would tighten up after only a couple hours of riding. I was wondering if the TRX is the same?
