  • wow, that rabbit wasn't takin it, lol

  • i don´t think that the rabbit is amused, and you suck cock at being a pet owner, fucking die

  • lol at the end the puppy just completely forgot about the rabbit and started playing with a toy

  • so cuteee:)

  • This puppy has the same coloring as my wirehair dachsund puppy. However, the wirehairs are avid hunters, and I'm afraid the bunny would have been killed!

  • "They are hunters and they may kill other animals in your yard, including birds, squirrels, raccoons, possums, chipmunks, and rabbits. If you're squeamish about real-life natural events, don't get a dachshund or be prepared to always walk your dog on a leash....Dachshunds are friendly to adults and children that have manners, other dachshunds, even a few other dogs and maybe the family cat, but everything else is prey." -dachshundworld website "Typical Dachshunds"

  • @moearly I have dachshunds for years and years already. Together with bunnies, cats, chickens etc. I have them running free in the forest and they don't hunt at all. Simply because I never stimulated them. They grew up knowing they should leave other animals alone. And none of them ever killed another animal. That website is total bullshit. I had five dachsies AND Jack Russel terrier and I never had problems. It's just a matter of training.

  • @Saartje05 I'm glad to hear you've never had trouble with it. I've heard of a dachshund who could live peacefully with a bunny before. I don't know a lot about bunnies, but I still think the bunny would be scared while the dachshund "plays" with it. :/

  • @moearly Not at all. My bunny and my youngest dachs are even big friends. They search for eachother when they get the chance. Mind you, bunnies aren't that defenseless as most people think. They'll attack a dog if they need to. I always had bunnies, cats, dogs together. Never had problems. But I don't raise my dogs saying 'get the cat, get the cat' or 'what's that what''s that' . You can make any dog agressive doing that.

  • Dachsunds were bred to hunt down those types of animals. Thats why the dog wants to mug that rabbit.

  • @shaner806 I have two dachsies and two bunnies in the house together. My dachsies don't bother them at all. Not even when they're being left alone. NONE of my dachsies or Jack Russels ever did.

  • so cute the video

love the bunny and the puppy

  • so cute!!!!!!!

i have a bunny and shes brown and she has the most weirdest habit you wont belive me

  • u was watching harold and kumar 2 0:29

  • 0:05 " i told you not to bark" *chases* "sorry"

  • That was too cute. I had a 2yr old mini lop rabbit when I got my Dachshund pup. I always let the bunny get the best of Angel when she was little. She learned to respect him as the Alpha animal. they lived in harmony for 10 years. Angel was sad when her little buddy died.

  • 0:17 i thought the bunny disapeared hahhaha

  • It's like the fox and the hound! :D

  • Can't beat the rabbit, so kills the carrot - brilliant!

  • you know dachshunds were bred to hunt animals such as rabbits

  • If your going to let your puppy and bunny play please NEVER leave them unattended and let bunny go back to his or her home if bunny is getting scared.

  • texaschilibowl-- I was thinkin the exact same thing about our fullgrown doxie: she wouldn't "play well" with any rabbit. She doesn't play well with anything furry other than Other Dogs.

  • awwwwwwww

also known as the wiener dog haha

    but its still adorable

  • the bunny wants the dog's carrot

  • my doxie wouldnt be so nice.

  • haha i had a bunny and a dachshund and they did the same thing hahhaha

  • funstang2008

the bunny is just afraid and trying to protect its self

  • This is so cute! My half Dachshund half Jack Russel Terrier dog, Brownie, sees a rabbit, she'll go running after it! I love Dachshunds! They are my favorite type of dog! :D

  • How mean. You shouldnt do that. The poor rabbit thinks it gonna get its neck broken by the dog and may be suffering shock. Its all well and good for the dog, who looks like he's having fun but that rabbit is fighting for its life. tut tut. Even though you wouldn't actually let the dog eat the rabbit, does the rabbit know that? not impressed. You should introduce them gradually. the poor poor wabbit

  • WOW I HATE THAT DOG STUPID DOG.....I CANT HOLD THE CUTNESS SO CUTE LOL JUST SOOOO FUNNY

  • Comment removed

  • Very cute. My dachshunds would've torn that poor rabbit up!

  • VERY cute. My dachshund would never hurt any creature. She even played with my pet rats. She was the only dog I trusted around them.

  • I think it can be pretty dangerous to let an adult dachshund near a rabbit. After all, they're hunting dogs. So, try your best to socialize him with the rabbit as a pup ^^'

  • that rabbit had a temper

  • 2 people don't have a pulse

  • I love dachshund puppies so much! Such cuties and this one is just adorable!!!

  • ahahaha doxie trying to be fierce lol......i love it.....i have one of my own and know this happens a lot

  • cUtE... tHe BuNnY wInS...!...hEhEhEhE....

  • lol it's funny how they were bred to kill small animals like rabbits but this one just wants to play

  • The bunny wins!

  • Its funny how he goes after the bunny then stops to play with his toy. : )

  • The Rabbit is like "Done Mess With Me Weiner"

  • that rabbit is pretty lawlly :P

  • Comment removed

  • @pcupano no.

  • aaaw <3

  • Bunnies. Bunnies! It must be BUNNIES!!!

  • bunny take down

  • too cute!

  • at 0:17 it looks as though the rabbit was so fast it warped and ended up facing the other way!

  • cute...but you better watch out when the puppy gets older..she will get and, oh I'll be gentle, hurt the rabbit...what datsuns do, hunt.

  • We're going to get a 2 month old standard Doxie this Friday!!!

  • Oh I had a dachsund and two rabbits, he would chase the poor rabbits and gnaw on their head, they were bred to kill little critters like that

  • Absolutely precious!

  • I had no clue that rabbits had such a personality

  • @beccababy73 if this rabbit would ever meet my dachshund, his personality would be the LAST thing he'd have before being eaten... LOL

  • @beccababy73 My rabbit did. She chased the alleycats away whenever they got in the backyard. She was like: "This is MY backyard, go away!"

  • @beccababy73 It's because the rabbit is black *racist oololloololololololololol*

  • @beccababy73 I used to have a rabbit that would tease my dog. when my dog was out on a chain, my bun would run up to him, just out of his reach and sit there for awhile, then run and hide. Then do it all over again. My dog would try his hardest to reach the bun, but never could. I miss my bun bun. :(

  • @beccababy73 I used to have two rabbits. One was aggressive almost to the point of homicidal. The other was paranoid and nervous, and if he was a human, he probably would have been diagnosed as clinically insane. I think these two quirks were related.

  • LOL did he steal a carrot?

  • looks like my pet michang,.,.,

  • OMG this is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute

  • i have 2 Dashonds :D

  • That weiner dog is a weenie.

  • THUMBS UP...ANYONE WHO SAYS HE IS CUTE !

  • @Tianeas what the dog?

  • He wants to play!!!! :D

  • watch out, when your dog gets older it can bark and scare your rabbit to death.

Trust me, i've heard many stories of rabbits having heart attacks when a dog barks.

    Regarding a puppy,it's probably alright.

  • @brb941 I always had dachsies and rabbits together. They're so used to eachother they really don't get spooked anymore. One rabbit even was my dachs' best friend and when the rabbit died (he was poisoned) and I had to bury him my dachs got all upset and started searching all over the place.

  • lol the movie in the background

  • lol gets tired of that so starts chewing something else

  • My dachshund plays tag with rabbits... now I just got to find a place to sell the rabbit fur haha

  • Cute video! Just be careful! As Kali gets older, she may try to eat Jacoby. :(

I read not to have dachshunds and rabbits together as the dachshund's hunting instinct may kick in. Just a thought. They are so cute!

  • @Chopinsnocturnes Just don't let them hunt. My dachsies are ok with rabbits and our chickens. They walk around free and the chickens don't even step aside when my dachsies pass.

  • @Saartje05 my dachshund trys to kill everything. this is mainly because i take him on swims and tell him to get the geese

  • @WillMcLovin In other words, you ruined your dog.

  • @Saartje05 no in other words i created a cold blooded wiener that would rip your dogs face off

  • @WillMcLovin Or a kid's face.

  • @Saartje05 no hes nice towards humans. he only goes after wildlife

  • "Get 'em, get 'em!" :-P
