Airlines do a cost equation and if the cost of being sued is less then the cost of ignoring maintenance than so be it. Let the maintenance go so they make more money!!!!! In the end all across the globe its about the MONEY. Money talks and BS walks. SAD
As an aircraft mechanic...let me assure you that TWA flight 800 was not a wiring bundle issue...that plane was shot down, the evidence was astounding to prove so...of course noone will admit it...
