do you mean for the terrain or the model? I don't actually know about the model, it's just some test character, but the terrain was fully created by our in-house terrain editor.
you might see something similar (but better) pop up eventually as part of the great deal of development surrounding jMonkeyEngine 3.0. go to the website and check it out!
Hey just saw your comment ive just started learning JME2. I am not the fastest at learnign new things as you seem to know more about JME3 than me do you know when it is going to be released or how different it will be . I really dont want to start learnign the basics again and nice btw your game looks really good
JME3 will be significantly different from JME2, as it only reuses about 25% of the old codebase and the rest is written from scratch to accomodate more modern hardware.
I suggest you jump on JME2 though, as it will take JME3 a long time to become as mature as 2.0 is today; we're probably talking more than a years time before the first stable release is out, and even then it will probably not be as extensive as JME2, albeit more advanced. Come by the forum, and you will find help and guidance.
