You are terribly mistaking. Ron Paul understands the constitution, which explains that it is not up to the President to decide whether or not abortion is incriminating. This along with all the other issues that you mentioned is a duty of each sovereign state. All these programs are such giant beurocracies that they arent able to support the masses, only the rich. A lot of the national GUARD is in Iraq right now... You know the GUARD of the nation, a national GUARD if you will. Which much of is currently in Iraq... Which makes it difficult for the national GUARD to GUARD America from terrorists. I think the phrase national GUARD warrants repetition. I want to be very clear on my point here, which is that the nation's GUARD, isn't fully GUARDING the country at this time.
