camera man can be seen in back of car

in opening credits pillowman is in the left seat.

I edited it and my editing is poor, usually Kate and Dion do it. Bob is controlling the camera in the left seat. And the flaws of HD show lol.

Glad that the video quailty wasn't too badly distorted by the converting. Comes out well when the HD is on.
