Seeing the Light of what-is!

I became aware of a Gestalt type of philosophy, wherein our bodies and minds and souls are all one to make us whole.

yet, I found that the balance between the 3 is often not in balance as people deal with life.

For instance, people often have no time to set aside the fears and ambitions of the mind, for 10 minutes to silence the mind and pray or meditate to seek knowledge some peace and what is real.

For indeed, a cloudy sky can look beautiful if we look at from our souls, without judgement.
