@kimchichick That is unusual. Usually just a bit water and a small amount of rolling the lashes and they should come right off. I usually use about two layers.Which formula were you using and how many layers did you put on?
@beautytipsvancouver i found out that it was actually BLINC HEROINE MAKE KISS ME mascara.. same brand, but different mascara. it's waterproof.. no wonder it was so hard to take off. lol.
i found that i couldn't remove it with water OR makeup remover.. :(
could it be because i put many layers of it??
