Why would you want S-K to get back together? Corin Tucker has demonstrated with this new album how deep her songwriting abilities are and seeing them live you get a sense of the satisfaction she might be getting by performing her own music and the approval from the fans. Corin Tucker has demonstrated she's got chops as a solo artist and I for one and gratified to know she'll be making great records for years to come.
@Gener77 I totally agree. "1000 Years" was the best album of 2010. "Wild Flag" was the best album of 2011. Totally distinct sounds that both rock all kinds of ass. If S-K had stayed together, where would we be if they had gotten stale or began to stagnate? I don't think they would have started phoning it in, but bands tend to need time apart. As awesome as everyone's post-S-K work is, I'll gladly give up S-K for the Corin Tucker Band and Wild Flag.
