Very fine player; his sound is beautiful and if you close your eyes, you´ll really think it´s Segovia. Perhaps even more Segovia than Segovia. However, the principle bothers me: sounding like yourself rather than Segovia is preferable. This is mich better than imitation, Mr. Reussner becomes Segovia in sound, phrasing and even in the string and nail noises. I´d still prefer his own style (like other students of Segovia developed - Parkening et. al.) At any rate, a very fine guitarrist.

I have never hear anybdy sound so much like segovia. Segovia's 'sound' has been passed on here to Ray with amazing 'faithfulness'. It's the shorter note style, the exact same tone of the note. THe way he splits chords is identical to Segovia.

Absolutely Beautiful! This piece by Albeniz and this artist, Ray Reussner, deserve much greater acclaim. Ray is a profoundly gifted classical guitarist. He is one of the few true remaining links to the legacy of Maestro Andres Segovia.
