It's a cool ride, and I've ridden it many times. It's a portable ride made in Germany by a company named Schwarzkopf, who also made the Fire Dragon at Lagoon, which is also portable. And the lift hill is actually an electric motor on the car that pulls the car up the hill.
I wish you didn't have to sit on someone's lap. it's so awkward. I've heard that this ride is taring itself apart. I like it, it just needs some changes. It's sad to see rides go, but sometimes it's for the best.
@Rubix4Life well did you have a camera in your hand or what? cause lately I have been using a camera that is mounted to me or the car cause they dont want camers to go flying and get a guest or something.
I went to lagoon Thursday and finally got on this again. It was alot smoother but it was still kinda jerky. But it seemed like the tracks weren't just repainted, but redone haha. Although I don't like the seating very much. Its squished.
@TheCoasterViews yea i know when i was there we were next and the car going up the lift stopped so the ride op had to place a sand bag down in back so it didnt roll back and she had to push the car up the lift a little way to get it going again.
@TheCoasterViews also at great america in chicago il they have a ride similar called the whizzer and use the same cars but there is 2 cars hooked together and the track layout is differetn but uses the same lift hill.
