Work unfortunately got in the way these times. I got the detour earlier this year, when they combined the two Amtrak trains. Got that one in Coal City.

I saw ur video about that but I was just wondering if u got to c them, the trains 3,4,5,, and 6 got detoured Sunday and Yesterday but today things were back to normal. One of the Westbounds had special coaches at end!!! I hope someday service returns daily to Chillicothe Sub.

Romeo isn't the only place they were working on the Chilli Sub they were also working around Streator.

It seems like they've been doing a lot of work in Streator lately, especially around the diamonds. I've seen some work crews out there, the last few times I've been in town. Verona has had some work, along with Joliet.

Yeah I am not sure what they've been doing exactly but I know they/ve been doing work around here, wut r they doing in Joliet?

Recently, something came loose in the diamonds at Joliet. It took a couple days to fix, I believe. Other times, I've been hearing work crews give roll bys to passing trains.
