Hi, the music is from Yoichiro Yoshikawa / The miracle planet. I think it was the soundtrack of a documentary in the 80's...

It wasnt in 80s, it is main theme from japanese coproduction documnetary The miracle planet from 1992.

it is from the miracle planet in 1987 on nhk channel in japan.
there is a a second documentary in the 90's but the music is different..
