How to recover deleted files from hard disk in windows7

i got some of my files back, but not al or i can not locate all of them,. But i mean some of them are still labeled But they are not in jpg format they are in ink format how do i change that? plerase help.

@iLLMaTiKSODMG :no recovery software will recover all your data i.e,your images r files..only 60 to 90% of the data will be recoverd..anyway to change the jpg format download and install format factory dude.its help u to change the image format and also mp3 etcc.........thumps up if u like..
