out of all the shred guitarist out there Paul gilbert and petrucci are the two guys, who try to make things easy for other players in there lessons. other then them two iv watch alot of celeb shred guitar lesson and most are played at 200 bpm and you cant understand anything.

You're all commenting on how he's so much worse in this video than normal. What you don't realize is that this is what most of your guitar "gods" sound like without their 10' tall racks. Even in Rock Discipline he is playing through his rack. In this one, you can tell that there's no effects at all. Just a distorted amp.

His tone is kind of bad, but what he's playing is amazing and is the same as what he plays normally. Effects can't fake skill or speed. Just make crappy stuff sound cool if you don't pay attention to to the suckiness.
