  • Better title, this tune sounding more complete then just the other monolitic sequences I listen from you, was remembering something like "Impressions of Sorcerer" from TD, but this must not be a real guitar even if it's sounding close.? Anyway I like it, three to four layers can make it.

  • An almost 50 year old analog guy almost in tears. Nice work. Nice system.

  • @faunflynn: ancilla dominum durum delectat

    ...multis sanguis fluebant

  • this is beautifull....

  • The past indicative of the verb to be is 'Wert.'

    As in

Hail to thee blythe spirit. Bird thou neve wert.

I didn't look this up. I had a gruelling classical education [ but still can't spell fr shit.] with latin and classics. We even did rhetoric. Like in the quadrivium and trivium.

    Great music by the by.

    Thanx fr the post.

  • Nice video and sound

  • A little more finished modular jam than some others, i like it even better, the guitar fits very nice too, the video is cool hypnotizing and even little tutorial, fine job, this tune can easily go into a video theme serie, no doubt. nearly pro job! reminds me a little mark schreeve somehow. thanks

  • It was this video that inspired me to buy a sythesizer. I'm not anywhere close to that kind of money yet, but It can wait for now. I have a PS3 to buy and a manga collection to keep up.

  • Thank you for being a true artist.

  • Awesome-can I bring the Trapkat over to play?

keep the analog flowing my freind.

    Peace-

    TrapKatMidiMan

  • I am very faszinated during watching this clip. But I like the other clips from You, too.

  • Excellent piece...You are aClassic 70`s. Rock star..!!!

  • I turned it way up fpr sure. 5/5.

  • Could you please do a full sequence album? I love this stuff man. As you can see from most of the comments, more ppl do. Super stuff and the exact reason I'm building my own modular too (Got about 15 modules or so built now). But I crave a full wall of knobs like yours :-) (and of course the talent to operate it in a musical way like you obviously have!)

    Thanks!

  • I like your sequencing very very much. Nice video too.

  • You have been working on this video?

    It is pretty cool.

  • Awesome!

  • I would cut off my feet if you'd do a tour to Sweden!

  • solid job....really like your stuff

  • Found this by accident - what an excellent composition, loved it!

  • Very awesome, Mr. M! :-)

  • I'd like to hear you explore the ambient side of your modular in combination with the sequencing. Of course, "ambient" is a term frought with connotations and preconceptions. I'm just using it loosely to describe sounds that are more atmospheric than rhythmic.

I'm just putting this out there since you want comments. It seems that you're being true to yourself and making music that pleases you, which is all that really matters in the end. Great work. I'll always keep my ear out for Morbius.

  • Let me preface this by saying I'm a drummer as well as synthesist. This music doesn't need drums. Your sequences are so compelling on their own. If anything, I'd rather hear a cd full of "pure" synth music from you. Not too many artists are a stepping with 100% analog modular these days.

  • A wonderful sounding sequence. Top marks for that one.

  • This is beautiful.

  • awesome beyond all reason. if my computer coulduse pay pall, i would so buy that CD.

  • Good sound and good production value, you should tell you viewers to add "&fmt=18" to the address bar to hear this as it was recorded. Not all compressed by YouTube. Also I like the quanitzed rhythm.

  • (sorry for the double post)

  • Wow. Incredible, as always.

I wish I could patch like you.

  • more electronic beat and I would buy this tune :) less cymbal in the beat...the only thing you have to correct but its very nice sounding....like a guitar :D

  • really nice videoclip,

    nice sounding synths,

i just dont like the drums.

  • 5 stars for you...as always :-)

  • Whoa! I've been touring modular videos for a few weeks since coming back to building in June - and that's the BEST actual TUNE I've SEEN through all of the searching! If your CD has more tunes on it than sequences only, I'd be very interested in purchasing! Off to your website. :D

  • great video!!! Great Music!! (as always) reminds me of thomas dolby ;o)

  • Even better the 2nd time!

This thing should be featured, not dumb synth videos like the one I made.

  • yep, thats the stuff!

  • Nice vide indeed and this hypnotic sequence with long distorted guitar sounds reminds me of Heldon's Richard Pinhas songs.

  • Pass the medication that is super trip, excellent.

  • You are brilliant :-)

  • It's a real art film with a lovely flashback music : wonderful !

  • Thanx you guys. Now then... anyone wanna get high? :o

  • YES!

  • Great stuff a usual. Your CD rips

    Alex
