I'm suprised he didn't thank Jerry Lee Lewis and give him credit. If it were not for Jerry Lee, Elvis, Carl Perkins and Johnny Cash Levi would not have this job. His performance was nothing like Jerry Lee in any time period. Jerry deserves the Tony award for just being himself.
