Don't you only get electricuted if you two wires touch? One wire is an open circuit and therefore poses no danger. But wheeling in a boat that size under a power line was just stupid xD
That's true with DC current, but all overhead high voltage lines (that I know of) are AC (Alternating Current), which will flow to any ground - just touch one of them while grounded and you're toast! :-O
