Just stealthed this as a lvl 64 night elf Druid. The aggro isn't too much of an issue when stealthed, and you can indeed jump in the water before even taking a hit (watch out for the fishies though! They very nearly raped me).
Just did it with my 63 druid with no Feral Instinct (enhance stealth) talent. You won't pull the boss if you follow the video carefully. This video is a huge help. Thanks!

My favorite thing about this is that you used that wonderfully atrocious song, "Power of the Horde" from the end of Frozen Throne. POWER OF THE HOOOOOORDE!! oh lolerballz.

sweet. i have yet to even venture into any coilfang instances (even tho i'm lvl 65 atm). my rogue had it easier than you, tho... i could sprint there, and vanish when the boss got pissy.
yeah, Distract is a rogue's foreplay. when fighting it shows us the mob's backside (winkwinknudgenudgeSAYNOMORE!) making Ambush a sinch... also a good way i use it is to break up big patrols. i can distract the back few and the front half keeps walking, then i can attack the back ones i pulled off alone (ex: the couriers you see in Arathi and EPL)
That doesn't work, atleast not the "distract the ones at the end of the pack and then kill them" since the one in front aggroes aswell, even if they are way off.
they only all aggro if they are linked. if you wait for the front of the pack to walk away they will not aggro together. believe me, i'm not talking out of my ass, i do this all the time. try it sometime, instead of guessing, k?
