The Good Sheperd had better food than the Scott Mission. It had this awesome stew. Bambi. Last time I seen her was in the 90's. I would like to know how she is doing. She played with my band a couple times back in the 80's.
There was a documentary on, "The BFG", back about 4 or 5 years ago. The last time I saw Bambi, she was indeed in Wasaga Beach, and had her son with her for a while. But, that was about 5 years ago. If anyone has any updated information as to her whereabouts, could you please leave a post here?
@fatmike183 my dads name is Bruce and he has a bro name Ken... they were a team .. if u were on the scene back then, you'd recognize.. they were in a band named Quarantine.
@citcat10 ah, i wasnt in the scene back then, im olnly 21, but quarentine kicks ass, i was asking cuz im friends with quite a few people who were in the scene back in the day and still are now
What year is this? There's were some peronality changes in the eighties. I knew them when they had Meric on Base and Godzilla on lead guitar. Also Mad Dog was on drums. There were no girls in the group. I believe the girls name was Bambi. She died of a drug overdose.
1983.Meric and Godzilla was the next generation of the Goofs. Meric went on to play in Lummox with Murry from Dayglos he now has a band called Finger Banger. Yes the girl was named Bambi and no she is not dead. Last I heard she was living in Wasaga Beach with her son and doing quite well.
Awesome. My step dad did sound for the BFG at Larry's Hideaway around the time this was made, later he also did sound for them when the '91 "Flush The Toilet" Tour was in Regina, I was 14 and it was my first show. Still one of my favorite bands. Cool to see a historical document like this.

@atmwalking.
Bambi had been drug free for well over 12 years, when last I saw her. Confirm your info, before posting, please, and thank-you.
