  • R.I.P. "Buff" - Human Beat Box.

  • I still have this album...

  • Them glasses were CAZAL‘S, Dmc, Spike Lee, and Dougie Fresh rocked‘em. Classic.

  • I practiced Buff's style to perfection back then, every sound he did i duplicated, high school i couldnt be touched, won every battle, the hallways at my school was like Krush groove, and i was the main event everyday 4 yrs straight i still have skills but nothing like 85, almost 30 yrs later people still ask me to do it, thanks Disco 3, you made life so fun thru the art of organized noise, TRUE HIP HOP TALES

  • At this time, it was more like Two and a Half Fat Boys. Prince Markie Dee became more aware of his health issues. I still have their first 3 cassettes! RIP Buffy. I miss Real Hip Hop.

  • now this is talent :D

  • man they sure use big records O_O

  • This is probably the first hip hop song I ever heard. Some kid was playing this on the bus when I was 11 years old coming home from Christian school one day in 1985. I remember at the time thinking it was some of the weirdest shit I ever heard.

  • i like the part where he beatboxes and hes head turns into a boom box !

  • Hamburgers!!

  • i miss the classic "brr stick em" intro, but those visuals more than make up for it..... wow.

  • Will this tear my bass?

  • This is crazy to tha max!!!! Oh chyeahhhhh!

  • This is the 80's. Can anyone imagine if they had today's recording equipment??? :)

  • @ExoticCarzRock What kind of way are you trying to mean? with the recording Equipment bot they KILLED THAT!!!!

  • @Mega84Man I meant that the bass and treble would be a lot more clear with today's equipment. It sounds amazing in this, but would be even more amazing.

  • THIS IS THE SONG THAT TAUGHT ME TO BEATBOX.

  • wow THE 7 GRADE CHARLES DREW HIGH,

  • I had this on my "mix tape". HAHAHA.....

  • Classic.

  • this is great sound quality. god job. one of my faovrites

  • 1st rap tape i bought well worth it old school 4 life!

  • thumbs up if you watch in 2011

  • @encur312 I love the farting noise at the end of this tune.. awesome

  • @encur312 No I jumped in my time machine and went back to 85, invented youtube and the internet, and then watched it as a millionaire in 1985... I really dont get how ppl say the obvious then get a top rated comment... Lol oh well

  • I always dug the human beat box's glasses.

  • @avel393 Yeah the "CAZAL's" were awesome glasses I had a couple pairs back in 85' the 1 that Buff has on in the video are custom made though he added those rhinestones because I honestly don't remember them ever being sold like that...... The Fatboys always had an awesome and UNIQUE style damn I miss REAL HIP-HOP....sighhh.....

  • STICK EM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Shit man...I'm a white dude who grew up in the 80's. What in the FUCK happened to REAL hip Hop?

  • @danieljh ...It all got into big mainstream corporations, Pepsi, Movies,.....so they sae the potential for money........like anyform of entetainment........they flood the market with it,,,,,,,and the arts lost its value,,,,,,then it will go down.....its like a cycle effect...with all cultural.......i love metal music, i was born in the 70's, that music died, now has risen again in a more aggressive form.

  • @danieljh Great question, seems like talent and originality has disappeared from todays music, oh well, thank the Lord in heaven for youtube.

  • 2:13 Kool Rock Ski brings the fuckin house down and owns this rhyme

  • DOPE

  • WHY DOES THAT FAT BLACK MAN WITH THE GLASSES MAKE THOSE SOUNDS WITH HIS MOUTH?

  • @spectervisions1 If you listen to this whole song he's making the beats with his mouth. most of there songs the music is produced by the guy they call humane beat box, that what makes these guys unique.

  • These dudes are hardly even fat by 2011 standards.

  • 1st rap album I ever had...sick...god bless Buffs souls....Fat boy for life.

  • This is real rap when everybody was diggin it. It had a sick groove. Since the 90's its just word play and rythem with just backing tracks used to define the sound.

  • @lanefreight. Yup! Yup! I saw krush groove in cinemas, im 36 years old :) How your son like fatboy's movie??

  • yes ,i just showed my 13yr old son disorderlies with the fat boys on netflix yesterday.funny movie.next is krush groove.this was when rap was fun.fat boys, run dmc, slick rick.cool j,rodney o eric b/rakim..etc..without all these rappers there wouldn't be any of the rap thats out today.need to show kids where it all began.old skool needs respect..r.i.p human beat box//

  • Today's hip hop can't compare to classic's like this, no sample's, autotunin, no 8 people on the track and no stupid drum programming, this is real hip hop here!

  • ale beat box

  • No one could do what they did.It reminds me of the 1st rap radio station they had back then in Baltimore called WEBB where Frank-Ski got his start. Webb now owned by TV 1-Cathy Hughs.

  • This never gets old..A 5 MIC HIP-HOP CLASSIC!!!

  • Awesome!

  • Do they rap like this anymore?

  • @IRONMANHONDO87 they dont rap no more and the fat guy making the weird noises died years ago. The other to rappers do make some songs but no albums

  • @1NationOutlawz More like so much noise than music.

  • hell ya. back to day!!

  • True that!!!!

  • wish rap was like this now and i'm 15. before all rappers had to be pretty boys

  • i love the fat boys. best thing i seen on youtube... now thats real rap

  • this was the highlight of the album. too funky. way better than the non-beatbox songs on the album.

  • REAL RAP

  • The Fat Boys are true Hip-Hop...

    Reasons...

    * They didnt care about what other would think or about being different, they rap about Cheeseburgers and being fat ffs... :P

    * They made their own sound, RIP The Human Beatbox :(

    * They do have "bad ass" lyrics! Early Hip-Hop music shows some of the true creativity that people from Kurtis Blow to Eric B and Rakim have to make songs that make you laugh, think, describe a story, clever, witty etc.

  • He even made the sound of the needle bouncing off the record at 0:22

  • this was back when fat was in now its all skinny these days

  • They was and are the greatest.

  • golden old days never come back but wow still on youtube big up thx.

  • TFB are dope!!

  • i cant find tha lyrics
