  • I think your looking too much into it mate.

  • Kobayashi goes: I'm the better Japanese driver and I'm in a works Toyota. I don't care if you are pampered by Frank Williams with RAYS wheels =)

  • Just like the Schumacher-Montoya crash where Schumacher blocked at the last moment - and as Schumacher didn't get a penalty, then neither should Kobayashi. I think Nakajima should've foreseen that there would be a block and been ready for it.

  • from a neutral position, its kobayashis foult. Nakajima was faster and he goes past, and kobayashi closed the door to late.

  • @jort999 sorry dude ...but if you see from that point ... mark webber should have been punished about shuting the door to kimi....

kamui was defendind his position...just racing..thats all

  • @rdtli yes, but too late.

  • @rdtli right,i totally agree.but these werent quite as risky as schumacher attempting to shove barrichello into the pitwall at hungary

  • @nitroboost8765 I AM A FORMER GO KART RACER....IN MY OPINION ..RACING IS RACING.... SCHUMMI WAS DEFENDING HIS POSITION...IN MOTORSPORTS....´´ NO GUTS ...NO GLORY´´ THAT S MY OPINION....AND I AM A BRAZILIAN...FOR ME ...THE SPORT , THE SPIRIT IS ALL THAT MATTERS....CHEERS

  • @rdtli Well, it sure does make for entertaining racing, i wish there was no rule like that!

  • @nitroboost8765 Imagine if Nakajima was booted out for Hulkenberg in the Brazilian 2009 GP, it would have been an uber amazing battle.

  • @Arai4lpinestars Well, no doubt he would have done better than Nakajima!

  • outch!!

  • HEY! nakajima goes behind kobayashi! And maybe im wrong but i dont found anything about defending a position in FIA site.

  • clearly its nakajimas fault, there was no space to overtake.

  • No way , your only aloud to move to defend your line once, Kobayasi moved 2/3 times and could have caused a fatal accident at that speed! He should have got a penalty for that and was lucky he did not!!

  • there is no much difference in the speeds, you can see that nakajima uses kobayashi to gain velocity following his line. and about the moves to defend i think your saying bullshit, you can move the times you want.

  • You are obviously blind , no difference in speeds?? , Nakajima was on a flying lap , Kobayashi was leaving the pits ,are you mad , oh and check the rules ( FIA website) as you cant move more than once to defend your line you twat!!

  • @Pikyfroh no, afcourse you can't move anytime you want. If you wanna discuss about how many times you're allowed to change from line, there is only 1 answer??? 1 time!! if you try to say that vandeimen and me are lying, i don't know if have ever seen an F1 race.

  • @vandeimen He has learnt from it....Kamui drives much more maturely this year

  • @nitroboost8765 yep , he has , which is good , infact the only drivers i can recall who have approached their first f1 season in a mature manor are Rosberg and Burti all the rest have been somewhat reckless and excited , but who can blame them it must be on hell of a buzz

  • @nattynoonah1 I guess you could add lewis to that list too, he was quite faultless......but yeah, Kamui is a real rising star, and he learnt quite a bit form this race

  • @vandeimen im amazed they didnt penalize him... thats blocking and im stumped that hamilton was given a drive trough for not crossing a white line in time during a race but they let kobayashi cause an accident and nothing hapens????

  • @ThEtErRoRiZeR1134 Yeah he got off lightly , whats shocking is that any racing driver who ends up in an f1 car is no rookie in reality, they will all be aware of the dangers , this situation is the worst possible apart from hitting a concrete wall ( Kubica style) , massive speed difference! and no time to react or avoid, but i do agree he has honed his skills some what of late!! good lad!!

  • @vandeimen he moved once, one move on to the racing line and then the defensive move.

  • @InospeakAussie mate your contradicting yourself ?? one move plus defensive move = 2 moves i think youll find , But this is all old hat now. the culprit is turning into a quality F1 driver and fair pay to him!!

  • @vandeimen going to the racing line isn't counted as a defensive move, when your exiting the pits.

  • @InospeakAussie well if you dont see that as a blatant block then i hope im never in a situation where i am driving behind you :-) if you look at 10 to 12 secs Koby , shuts the door , now with 80 to 100 ks of speed differential what would you suggest Nakajima should have done and do you think he had "time to do it" Bad driving period, Naka would have been alomost full chat maybe 190 mph

  • @vandeimen the fact was it is a loophole in the rules thats why he couldn't of been punished.

when your exiting the pits it effectively allows 2 defensive moves as going to the racing line doesn't count.

    was it dangerous? yes.

    was it allowed? yes.

  • @InospeakAussie ahh but if you study in detail you will just see that two moves are made to the left , the initial flick then he commits with another turn off the wheel and shuts the well slams the door , what is debatable after seeing this clip so much now is why naka decided to pick up the tow?? sure he would have been fine on the Racing line if he had stayed there , Japanease testosterone me thinks!!

  • Your a dumbfuck. He caught the slip stream and was going to fly past. the Other guy cut him off and look what happened.

  • @kubaberman i think now you can take that back....he drives like a rookie no longer
