I suggest looking to the grass roots Justice of the Peace and Grand Jury initiatives for the replacement organization. It could even lead the state out of debt, in addition to providing Justice.

I understand that because he had been suing judges because of the pay and the adverse effects it was having upon case, they are now attempting to disbar him. In addition, if Ca, if broke how can they pay this extra pay? Also, all people victimized by these judges should share in the immunity by having their cases revisited.
