Thai boxing isn't so great. I went to singapore to a so called Thai Boxing Bar and went 3 rounds with this fucking midget and beat the fucking snot out of this guy. That Revolts happen every year to try to kill the president or Ruler of PI. 1,000 Island is a nation? 1/3 of your people flee to the navy I and the PI people i've encountered in the navy are aragant and inconsiderate. Even as a young man, the King stayed in Thailand and walked throughout the country to meet the Thai people. He has devoted his life to helping his people. From his earliest days as King, he set up and funded projects to provide hospitals, health care, roads, schools, homes and training to people who would otherwise not have had these. He is a great moral guide.

Thailand has come along ways. I hope you get a decent Government that is a Government by the people and for the people as King Bhumibol was and is.

As Hassenpheffer55 noted, In 2004, Prime Minister Thaksin had his troops kill 85 protestors at TAK BAI. There were videos of Thaksin's troops beating the protestors distributed on CDs. Thaksin's government made owning the CDs illegal. This turned the problem in South Thailand into bloody insurgency. Thaksin has been removed from politics for fraud and Thailand is returning to democracy. (cont.)

The King of Thailand is not my King. I wish he was. There is not any royalty anywhere else in the world that can even reach him to his knees. He has managed to unite his people by his actions and by beiing a good example for others to follow for over 60 years. That is why Thai's love him so much. He deserves the respect he is receiving. Not many people could fill his shoes. Long live the great King of Thailand.
