I think you cofused it with "Dònghuà piàn" which means Cartoons and "Manhua" are comics that were originally produced in China.

wow this song seems so sad... i really don't understand but video is so sad... and the guy who singing has a sad look!!! i like the music...
its about the guys girlfriend getting cancer and him singing this song for her in front of a lot of people. In the end she dies.
