I can't stand how people hail the Veyron as this mythical "astonishing engineering achievement". VW just slotted a fat-ass engine in with 4 turbos and when they realized they were going to have heat problems, they just slapped 10 fucking radiators in it. I know its ultra stable and likely quite reliable, but vehicles like this Mosler/Hennessey Venom/SSC UA II/Koenigsegg Agera deserve just as much credit.

But he tells me they are built by newbie kids without alot of experience and most of that 300k goes straight into their pockets. Not alot of cash is spent on the actual cars. Most tech is straight out of corvette. Just like Saleen S7 and the silly SSC Aero thing. Heavens forbid americans actually produced a real supercar just once. There is an estimated 30-40 Moslers in exsistance. Not exactly a hot item.

@Janusha ok i dont think you have any idea what you're talking about. the Mosler doesn't use any technology from the Corvette, except the engine. everything is designed inhouse. and it is not worked on by kids, as you say. the entire chassis, and body is carbon fibre and carbon-aluminum honeycomb. only the Carbon fibre parts are made in the US, the rest of the car is assembled by Breckland Technology, in Norfolk, UK.

Its not a Koenigsegg where everything is carbon. They are being assembled in UK Only for the few they sell in Europe. They are Florida based I believe. The dude at the factory Ive talked to says they are borrowing Corvette tech anywhere they can. Even their marketing people call it a "midengined corvette"
