I'm thinking about two major possibilities: it'll either be about a monk sent from his monastery to find out more about the outbreak, but he's sworn a vow of silence, and only uses an archaic form of sign language, or it'll be about a Marine who's been seperated from his unit, and is currently trying to take care of a young child with leukemia, and trying to get them to a functioning hospital, so they can get their chemotherapy treatment.
