I was trying to get past the ghost girl thing. I went in to the pharmacy and stayed there then all of a sudden the ghost popped up! I was like OH SH*T! and i closed my eyes when i had to press the space bar because it scared me half to death. I have another solution!!!

When you get the fire extinguisher JUST RUN and do everything else. Then when you get to the elevator part when you finally open it, just use it on her so she doesn't come after you when you are running to the elevator, trust me it works. But the face still pops up unfortunately.
