All of the things he's said has all made sense, 2Pac did mainly talk about blacks and poverty because that was a problem that was close to him, just like a woman who was in an abusive relationship would help other women who are in abusive relationships. 2Pac didn't start the fights, the fight started when he was shot, and his life was put on the line.
To summarize my opinion in this argument, Tupac was not a real gangster- like unbornak47 said, he never did anything. In my view pac actually glamourised the lifestyle biggie grew up in- tupac however got into the rap industry through his English teacher. Biggie didn't feel he had to retaliate properly, he was intelligent to do so as he said he would just escalate the dilemma. Biggie was not as monotone as jay Z or Nas but close. Pac rapped not only with real lyrics but emotion in his voice and to the rhythm of the song that moves and not the redundant beat that never changes.

That's bullshit. Whether tupac or biggie was better, it's just opinionated- nothing is movingly inspirational. Stop acting like biggie/ pac were revolutionary, they were both just excellent rappers who died and blew up through their deaths- they aren't even the best rappers to be honest.

Tupac's lyrics are philosophical and something worth listening to, if they weren't why would anyone waste their time trying to study his lyrics? Him being "just" a rapper doesn't make him any less of an inspiration. Majority of the people who listen to him listen to him because he inspires them and it helps them get through the day. He knew more than the average rapper, and could've easily been a politician...

@qstayhigh- He's inspirational, because of his talent- not what he rapped about and that being so philosophical that it is being studied in Harvard, that's ridiculous. I listen to Pac because he is a damn good rapper, I don't sit there going 'hmm, yes he is right and I can relate to his philosophies'. And i dont think he could be a politician, all he preached about was how people treat black people and how blacks keep killing eachother- whilst hypocritically he starts fights with other emcees.

All of the things he's said has all made sense, 2Pac did mainly talk about blacks and poverty because that was a problem that was close to him, just like a woman who was in an abusive relationship would help other women who are in abusive relationships. 2Pac didn't start the fights, the fight started when he was shot, and his life was put on the line.

To summarize my opinion in this argument, Tupac was not a real gangster- like unbornak47 said, he never did anything. In my view pac actually glamourised the lifestyle biggie grew up in- tupac however got into the rap industry through his English teacher. Biggie didn't feel he had to retaliate properly, he was intelligent to do so as he said he would just escalate the dilemma. And if I hear ANYONE say tup acs lyrics were 'more than just rapping' but they were 'philosophical and inspiring'-

@MrCommenterguy You're right Tupac wasn't a gangster he even said he wasn't, he just had a lot of heart and courage. I'd like to reiterate what c1itlicka said, Tupac did shoot two officers who were bullying a black man so I think that is Tupac doing "something". Tupac grew up in a worse lifestyle than Biggie did anything Tupac rapped about happened to him or the people he knew. Pac was poor, Jada Pinket Smith even described that he had 3 jeans a few shirts and literally mattress on the floor.

Not to undermine Biggies lifestyle but he did exaggerate it a bit, even his mother Mrs. Wallace admitted that she provided more and that they were living better than what Biggie put out in his lyrics, everything Tupac rapped about was REAL. He came from a broken home, no lights, no money, mother on crack, it go so bad he had to move in with someone else.
