This looks like the show Billy played at the Apollo Theatre in Victoria, London around the mid 70's. I was there with my wife and the show was terrific with the best mouth organist I've ever heard and a magnificent finale from Billy.

strings are strings, you get used to it, the clawhammer style of the banjo was what I had a hard time picking up.

if you can play one stinged instrument, you can play them all with a little practice, doesn't mean you'll be great but you can get good.
