I think this video is a great metaphor of the reality of politics. People see things simply from their point of view, and don't consider other points of view, or more importantly, the big picture as a whole.

If given a choice between judging the overall applause between this and what was televised, I would have to go with the televised version because it was an overall shot; it was not coming from one particular section.
