No, this is Share Pedersen on bass and Roxy Petrucci on drums.

The original band was Pia Maiocco on bass and Laurie Hedlund on drums.

Share and Roxy were with the band the longest though.

Check between 3:46 and 4:08. Kinda from the side, but imagination is a wonderful thing. Some of the other videos from this show give a better idea. The VH1 Bands Reunited series did a spot on Vixen a few years back that could show how well most of the original four have aged. Roxy is still pretty hot.

Crowd sucked. But their performance energy was too intermittent for my liking. They should both broke a sweat before fishing for feedback with the bend of their ears.
