I think this was his best talk. The things he says makes a lot of sense but its a lot of times easier said than done. It's hard to live his advice but if you could, life would be a lot better. I've always been extreamly negative and I think people hated me for it, which made me even more negative. You tube videos like this one have helped me tremendously to be more positive and try to let go of past awfulness.
