  • world on the back of a turtle? i thought you were talking about great a'tuin, with the four elephants standing on its shell :D definitely one of my favorite mythologies. and the flying spaghetty monster is my favorite deity, i'm considering becoming a pastafarian X]

    good work!

  • Plus I figured you thought I was trying to change your ideals when you made that last reply XD. I just like intelligent conversations lol

  • Sept the trees didn't make a nuke that killed thousands. A scientist did. In that scenario the stick is a natural part of the tree like an arm to us. Both sides have been abused over the centuries. Religion was abused to gain power and sway the masses while science was abused to make ever more efficient weapons. Which I'd point I was trying to make. Neither side is ever going to win which is why I find it silly lol

  • Even though I'm a believer, I have to give the man his props. Good jokes for a comedian not on coke.

  • @djsharp5753 Well, I think I did have a Coke before that show... oh wait, that's not what you mean is it?

  • @atxangel1982 Drop the name calling and converse like an adult of some intelligence or move on.

  • @klfly "Fool: One who is deficient in judgment, sense, or understanding."

Is this not the truth? Converse like an adult? You're telling me! Not only is every "atheist" a fool a liar and a selfish self-contradicting liar but THEY'RE always the ones to call names and converse like dumb teenagers.

Life created itself and so did the universe? DNA, our very own programming which contains enough sophisticated information to fill 600 books just, 'self- evolved over billions of years'??

    GIVE ME A BREAK!

  • @klfly Or maybe, again like the typical ignorant atheist, you'll say "I honestly don't know but I know enough that I don't know! I have enough FAITH in science and in 'self-evolved single-cell organisms', also known as modern day humans, whom make mistakes constantly, that ONE DAY SCIENCE WILL EXPLAIN EVERYTHING."

Answer me honestly kfly, what part or parts of The Bible do you know about the most?

  • @atxangel1982 Yes, all them stupids scientists. Now then since you continue with the name calling as if you don't have faith in your ability to just engage me in reasonable discourse I'm done with you. I will wish you into the cornfield now.

Note that I have not called you names or tried to insult you. Also not that I engage in long discussions with theists frequently, including my friends and family but they do not behave rudely and pugnaciously. Goodbye.

  • @atxangel1982 it not "faith" we have in science, we have CONFIDENCE. science & the scientific method of understanding HAVE proven to be effective in giving us REAL answers to the questions we have. which can hardly be said of a fairy tale book written almost 2000 yrs ago, which today raises more questions than it ever can answer.

  • @Thefighterspider Something has you scared. Awfully aggressive about something that supposedly doesn't exist. Feeling threatened? ;)

  • @FreonRose Of course we feel threatened, not by that which doesn't exist but by the very real religious followers who have throughout history thwarted progress and who continue to try and suppress science and push their mythology at expense of our culture.

  • @FreonRose We have made progress but we should be further. We have threats like climate change and people have been taught not to trust scientific thought so it is denied by a ridiculous and influential amount of people. I'm not saying its anyone's agenda to thwart progress just that such will be the natural consequence of rejection reason and rational thought in favor of superstition.

  • @klfly as for modern day i don't think there's anything to worry about. that's why i don't judge either side. the thing to worry about is constant bickering about who's beliefs are right. thats what's started wars through out history. the religious did the persecuting but science gave the weapons. its an endless circle.

  • @FreonRose To say science provided the weapons is like judging trees when someone is poked with a stick.

  • @klfly Nothing but bullshit comes out of your stinking mouth and you act like your shit dont stink just like every other foolish so-called atheist.

You want to know how to make an Atheist feel REALLY stupid???

Tell him you're going to ask him if he believes that God exists 10 times in a row, WHILE HOOKED UP TO A LIE DETECTOR !!!

    LOL !!!

  • @atxangel1982 Atheist hooked up to a lie detector. That is a very good idea but there is a problem, some people can beat a lie detector. lets look at how a Polygraph works :). 1 breathing rate 2 pulse 3 blood pressure 4 perspiration 5 arm and leg movement. not exactly in that order. If one truely beliefs they are telling the truth then it will be truth as says the Polygraph test. So does god exsist 10 times for true atheist? NO and it comes out correct :D. EPIC fail on your god :|.

  • @curemymind Uhhhh no sorry buddy epic fail on your part because that's just the thing, NO atheist truly believes that God does not exist, period. ALL atheists AT BEST are agnostic, but they realize how foolish and unsettling THAT position is and instead of seeking the real truth about the gospel they instead crawl right back into their caves and do nothing but choose to live pointless lives. God has made it clear that He exists AND He has set that in the hearts of ALL MANKIND.

    "curemymind"?

  • @atxangel1982 Where is the proof that god made the its exsistance clear? The bible is full of holes which was written by man... Lets say even by the insperation of god, how many of them arn't crazy or just following the mass? Also you wasn't there... So where is your proof? And like you said no atheist believes god does not exsist.. Could say the same thing about thiest... We don't claim to have an answer but we seek one, unlike thiest who stick with god did it..

  • @curemymind I once heard a REALLY stupid atheist actually say "if you believe that you came from an ape, then you're going to act like an ape" :)

  • @atxangel1982 That is a really stupid thing to say... But not all people (let it be athiest or thiest a smart one)... How smart can you consider your self to be.. And if athiest really go back into their "our" cave then why do i talk to you here?... I don't claim to have answers, why do you think you do?

  • @atxangel1982 Well, at least theres aren't that much stupid christian people like you. Kill yourself please, because if you don't i will break your stupid retarted head in the ground that even cocksucker jesus stabbed to the wood wouldn't jealous for you. Shit you tellin me is the same that you can hear from 7 year old kid whos are pastor's son. I guess you know that there is no god, but you are coward and scared because you can make your fag god mad, dude i believed in god when i was 8. grow up

  • @Thefighterspider you claim you believed in God when you were 8 and your temper and immaturity makes me believe that you are 9

  • @atxangel1982 My age aren't only bullshit which you believe without evidence. Score !!!

  • the....hindus don't believe that... >.>

  • @hollumber This. That would be the Mayans.

  • His jokes are a lot less childish than Dane Cooks material. This is why people think Atheists are smarter then religious people and are right to believe so.

  • GIANT FREAKIN SPACE TURTLE!

  • YES! terry pratchet refference maybe?

  • I actually don't find it funny, and I'm an atheist.

  • Pastafarian! Ramen brothers and sisters may the FSM bless you on this day :P

  • should have just cracked open the bible and started reading, hilarity would ensue!

    still funny sketch though :)

  • FSM FTW

  • You pulled that number out of your ass, troll-boy, or out of answersingenesis which is the same thing. Single protein molecules have been found in *outer space* already, meaning they can form in just about any environment. I suggested you go to talkorigins but doubt very much that you have. Despite that, here's more advice: read (if you can) Richard Dawkins' "The Blind Watchmaker" and "Climbing Mount Improbable." I know you won't since you're nothing but a brainless parrot, but others might.

  • @hznfrst Richard Dawkins is the biggest idiot on the planet. Youtube videos of him, all he does is lie and contradict himself. He's a major coward, like many other atheists. He always stutters and his face gets all crooked when faced with an intellectual.

    GIVE ME A BREAK!

And what is answersingenesis? More of your own self-convicting proof that youve been "searching for something" to believe in?

I've asked SEVERAL legitimate scientific questions and have gotten 2 garbage replies.

    (facepalm)

  • @atxangel1982 Hey if he's idiot than what are you ?? Oh yeah just peace of shit. He's not coward he's smart. Stupid people are those which try to prove bullshit that wrote in stone ages, when people were much more stupid than that. Dawkins is very smart much more smarter than you, me and other billions of people. Religion was created by man, and man do mistakes. Science is created by facts, and facts can't be a lie.

  • @Thefighterspider What does 'fighterspider' mean and why are you typing at an 8th grade level?

  • @atxangel1982 The same question to you. What does "atxangel1982" mean ? And my grammar is bad because i am not english native person. I am learning it by myself, i can understand other very well, but when i have to write my grammar mistakes are numerous.

  • @Thefighterspider "Hey if he's idiot than what are you ?? Oh yeah just peace of shit."

    - thats what I meant by an 8th grade level, your immediate return of insult and profanity, not because of your grammar, its one thing to have non-perfect grammar but its another to reply immaturely when trying to converse about religion, science and philosophy.

atxangel1982 - atx is my city Austin TX, angel is my name and 1982 is the year I was born.

And you KNOW God exists, be more mature bro.

  • @atxangel1982 Hey man sorry that am not tolerant for stupid people. We all no good, we all have odds. Mine is that i hate stupid people. You are the one. You are not guilty that you are stupid. Well hey i think you could fix this if you take a little information about hitchens, dawkins, carlin, sam harris and many other, hey don't forget take history lessons, once man said to me, if you know history good you will find all answers much easier. You have right to believe what you want, no bullshit.

  • @Thefighterspider "The fool says in his heart, 'There is no God.' They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds, there is none who does good." - Psalm 14:1 "Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but whoever hates correction is stupid." - Proverbs 12:1 “But cowards, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft, idol worshipers, and all liars—their fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.” - Revelations 21:8
  • @atxangel1982 Yeah Am fool ? You believe Earth was created 6 thousands years ago. When snakes were talking. You bible is all made up. And for that word coward i cut your fuckin head off, raped your mother and shoot your hole family cause the world doesn't need ignorant stupid people like you Christians. Yeah god created the earth, he say don't kill but no one killed that many people as your cocsuckin god. Created earth and forget to tell that its round. Fuck you and fuck your whole shitty life

  • @atxangel1982 If there is a god why he don't suck my dick right now, i would fuck his ass till he sings Hallelujah. And yeah when you will go to heaven what will you do that all time, you will get fuckin bored !! It's strange when world have proven there is no god, many people still believes in this bullshit story told in stone age.

  • @Thefighterspider Youre acting like a retarded gay little baby and youre making no sense. You must be from a real crappy country full of crappy people like yourself.

You want to know how to make an Atheist feel REALLY stupid???

Tell him you're going to ask him if he believes that God exists 10 times in a row, WHILE HOOKED UP TO A LIE DETECTOR !!! EPIC FAIL !!!

    LOL !!!

  • @Thefighterspider

Believing in God isn't what gets you to Heaven buddy. Grow up, educate yourself with the TRUTH and stop being an immature cowardly liar.

  • @hznfrst Finish puberty first and learn how to talk like a decent man if you want to have a conversation with me, otherwise like every other fool who's tried and epically failed the posts and replies prove themselves.

Name-calling, ignorance and frustration and traits of immature losers. Grow up and face facts.

  • @hznfrst Since as usual it is less than pointless to try to talk like an educated adult I'm officially ending the "trolling" now but go ahead and reply one last time if you feel so inspired to have the last word.

    :)

  • @atxangel1982 Oh I will: calling Richard Dawkins an idiot and slinging ad hominems at him is the mark of a frustrated fundie who refuses to accept science and reason, and I see by your profile that's exactly what you are: a professional moron who is easily provoked into senseless rants. Allow me to block you first!

  • @Mirewood ( facepalm )

  • @Mirewood You demand scientific proof, SO DO WE!

3-If you found a watch you know it has a designer and a creator, it didn't create nor design itself, right??

Question, how much more complicated is a human being than a watch?? A human has BILLIONS AND BILLIONS of cells!

4-There are around 100 or more scientific facts written in The Bible thousands of years BEFORE they could've possibly been even understood by modern man. How??

Dont agree? Google it! I demand an explanation for EVERY SINGLE ONE.

  • @atxangel1982 Except that evolution happened over billions of years in very small steps called random mutations, some of which improved the odds of survival and were thus passed on to future generations, where more mutations built upon those.

Living things only have the *appearance* of design because we are seeing the results of what random mutation followed by natural selection can produce over vast time spans.

Explain the existence of an even more complex creator which was "just there."

  • @hznfrst This sounds ideal but I have 2 questions:

    1. Again, there are 3 billion base pairs in one strand of DNA, where are the examples of mutations that INCREASE the information. There is not! On the contrary genetic mutations have shown to DECREASE the information in the genome. And this may be debated BUT AGAIN WHERE are examples of INCREASES?

    2. What the heck 'jump-started' life? Suppose you had all the ingredients to make an organism. After some time would they just form and begin to live?

  • @atxangel1982 You are an obvious creationist troll, so this answer is for others who may actually read and understand it. No physical laws are broken when "information" (as you so conveniently leave undefined) is either increased or decreased by a mutation. More details at talkorigins org/indexcc/CB/CB102 html. How life began is not part of evolutionary theory, but since you asked, normal chemical reactions could eventually produce a self-replicating - namely *living* - molecule.

  • @hznfrst "normal chemical reactions could eventually produce a self-replicating - namely *living* - molecule."

You have GOT to be kidding me.

The odds of a single protein molecule forming by chance is 1 in 10 to the 243th power (that is a 1 followed by 243 zeros). A single cell is comprised of millions of protein molecules.

    Try again buddy.

Oh and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have EVER left an atheist dumbfounded it is HE who goes on and on and on replying to me.

Go look in the mirror hznfrst.

  • @atxangel1982 "The odds of a single protein molecule forming by chance is 1 in 10 to the 243th power (that is a 1 followed by 243 zeros)"

I take it you really don't understand how 'odds' work. If odds can be given, then it's possible. Given enough time, all possibilities...no matter how remote...become inevitable.

  • @Mirewood good answer, not! Actually, God exists is the only rational answer, because He is above our laws and our understandings, but apparently that went way over your head.

    I have more questions.

1-Please give just ONE example of a genetic mutation that INCREASED the information in the genome. There should be thousands if evolution is true. DNA = 3 BILLION base pairs.

2-Please provide examples of thousands of fossils which show that one species completely transformed into another species.

  • @Mirewood Go back and read your own answers, they are all inappropriate. And I already knew life creates life, that wasnt my point.

    Here's another one:

The First Law of Thermodynamics states that matter and energy CANNOT be CREATED NOR DESTROYED. The universe is full of matter and energy, which according to humans, cannot be created nor destroyed. So,,,,,,, how does it exist?

Here's a really honest question for you Mirewood, what kind of evidence would prove to you that God or "a god" exists?

  • @Mirewood There are many but I will give you just ONE and your response will prove your ignorance.

Inside just ONE drop of blood there are about 25,000 cells, each cell like a small "city" which works to sustain life. Inside EVERY single cell is DNA, and EACH STRAND of DNA is enough complex information to fill about 600 BOOKS. These are the blueprints of life.

INFORMATION, ESPECIALLY COMPLEX INFORMATION SIMPLY DOES NOT CREATE ITSELF!

Also, a question for you, "Who or what 'jump-started' life??"

  • This guy just makes the same points/jokes everybody has been making for years. Not funny at all.

  • @ljietuvis The clip is over two years old, but go ahead, tell me one joke here that someone else tells.

  • @klfly Ok, in the very beginning he says that if you teach creationism you should teach other absurd things, that's exactly the joke with which FSM started.

  • @ljietuvis While the subject was the same the punchline actually involved a real religious belief and the fact that it would pay better with kids. I think there is quite a bit that is original in there.

I think your critique is the equivalent of "Hey, he mentioned relationships. That other comic talks about relationships!"

  • @klfly The theory about the turtle's back was a legitimate religious idea, therefore his comedy punchline was absolutely not the same concept, therefore not the same joke.

  • @ljietuvis well not everyone has heard of the jokes that people have been making for years

just because hes not the first one to make those jokes doesnt automatically make his routine not funny

and judging by the crowds laughter, im not the only one who found his routine hillarious

  • Lol!

  • @atxangel1982 You say "the evidence of god is all around u" or "every thing proves god exists. Well I say my invisible moon rat poops out the snow, thus the snow outside proves he exists. What's that? You can prove snow is a natural process? well I don't believe in that science stuff x)

  • @CortneyMegan3191 Blaspheme! You know the snow is dandruff from the Cosmic Hair Farmer! How dare you!

  • @klfly no sir, the snow is in fact a magical powder that comes into existence every time the almighty potato machine malfunctions, I know this is true because cats have claws...

  • @klfly LET THE WAR COMMENCE!

  • @Mirewood Arguing with Atheists is literally like beating a dead horse for me, I'm literally sick of obliterating them. Please find something useful to do with your life and then maybe I'll consider having a discussion with you.

Oh and dont bother replying but do feel very free to KEEP looking for something that supposedly is not there as you've been doing.

Have a nice day, God bless.

  • @Mirewood I havent insulted you and your the one insulting me, typical ignorance. Grow up man.

  • @Mirewood All of the evidence is all around you and has always been all around you but your eyes are closed, your ears are closed and above all your heart is closed. DNA, the fine tuning of the universe, scientific facts in The Bible written thousands of years before "modern science", the design of life and the Earth, the existence of the universe, on and on and on there is evidence but if your eyes ears and heart are closed what does it matter??

watch some of the videos on my favorites playlist

  • @atxangel1982 Sorry, but none of the things you listed are an evidence for the existence of a God. You just listed a couple of things that exist (like DNA) then magically transformed them into "evidence".

  • @simba90s (facepalm)

  • Oh KLJ. I love you more and more every time I watch your videos. The world needs more atheist comedians in it.

  • Comment removed

  • @Mirewood IT IS RIDICULOUS HOW THE PEOPLE WHOM CLAIM TO NOT BELIEVE IN GOD ARE THE ONES WHOM TALK ABOUT HIM THE MOST.

I posted this comment a month ago and I still get replies, WHY?

Are "atheists" literally seeking through and through comments and videos looking for an argument?? Or are "atheists" looking for something else, if so what are they looking for??

Or is it that since "atheists" believe that there is no purpose in life they are actually bored to "death", and got nothing better to do??

  • Comment removed

  • Absolutely love this. We need more comedians like you.

  • Can somebody list all the gods he says? I'm making a video to go along with this for one of my classes.

  • @JackHDiamond "God, Allah, Vishnu (mispronounced as Vishna and then corrected), Krishna, Mazda, Hanuman, Thor, Odin, Cthulu, Bob (Church of the Subgenius), Flying Spaghetti Monster."

Please share the video you make. I'd love to see it. I'm the comedian in the video. Thanks

  • @klfly You are the comedian?! I subbed to you at the speed of light! Give us more! More!! \o/

  • @NaxNax96 More coming soon! Thanks.

  • GIANT FREAKIN' SPACE TURTLE!!!

  • I'm an atheist that was born and raised in the U.S. I choose to "not" believe in god or religion. That's my choice. But I believe everyone has the right to worship who ever they wish. And I also believe in tradition. I think "In God We Trust" needs to stay on our green back and the Pledge of Allegiance needs to stay in our schools.

  • @inforockstar I don't choose my beliefs. I look at the evidence honestly and believe accordingly. As for tradition, we're actually being more traditional since that phrase was not on our money originally and "Under God" was not in the pledge originally.

  • @klfly You still have to choose to believe or not to believe though right? It's still a choice. Under god wasn't in our pledge originally? Where can I find the original pledge? Where can I find an original note of money that doesn't say In God We Trust? I'd like to take a look at it. Thanks, Dave

  • @inforockstar The only choice I see is whether to be honest or not in your assessment of the evidence.

Under God was added to the pledge in 1953. A quick google search of "Under God added to pledge" will reveal many sources. Its a matter of public record.

"In God We Trust" was adopted as the official motto of the United States in 1956. The phrase has appeared on U.S. coins since 1864 and on paper currency since 1957.

  • @klfly Cool! Thanks for looking that up for me.

  • @klfly

Look, you can't find evidence for anything. Even Einstein said that you have to believe in something and thus rejected pure atheism. Denying religion is good, but you are no better of if you don't question "evidence" - even if it is overwhelming, it's still up to you to believe it. Perhaps we know more tomorrow than we do now, thus falsifying the current "evidence". I agree that praying is bullshit, but I also think that blind faith in "evidence" is just as dangerous and damaging.

  • @BechTalent How is faith in evidence in any way damaging. It's fucking evidence.

  • @inforockstar

The in ''god we trust''was introduced in 1951 on bills and on coins by the beginning of 1900's

Plus all that religion brings is death, violence, bigotry, ignorance and restricts people's freedoms

  • @pikok111 Amen

  • @inforockstar You can't choose a belief. Think about it, if I told you I had a pet unicorn, you wouldn't believe me. (assuming of course, it'd be foolish to believe I had one). You don't believe I have a pet unicorn, now start believing. Exactly.

  • what's so funny about a flying spaghetti monster?

  • @oleh2007 google it. its a religion. sort of.

  • 2:09 Woooo!!!

  • i wouldent mind praying to a god riding on a turtle and space girls

  • Cthulhu cracked me up xD

  • I'm all for giant space turtle. :)

  • Evolution is not science. Mutations do not order anything. Evolution is a false teaching. Atheists believe that fairy objects and forces order things.

    watch?v=HoKVVYJ8KJM

  • @JungleJargon How can you say that when it is 100% proven that organisms change over time? The Catholic church even accepts evolution as fact! And not all of it is caused by mutation. Evolution, whether it really does happen or not, is science. And it just so happens that evolution DOES occur. You're proving it if you have kids.

  • Your surname's Jensen? Me too! *high five* XD

  • Great material, you've made a new fan today.

  • Thumbs up for flying spaghetti monster

  • @imax1971 And I bet on your death bed you'll desperately try with all your might not to die, begging for every medical intervention available, even alternative methods, so afraid you will be that its all a ridiculous bronze fairy tale.

My friend rich went through cancer, accepted that he was dying, said goodbye to his family and never once turned to your bullshit or any of the other brands available. He died with honor and dignity. So fuck you and your bet you intellectual coward.

  • @klfly I was just wondering what annoys you the most, the fact that you're homosexual, the fact that you're obsessed with people whom acknowledge God, or the fact that only 10% of the 8 billion people on this whole planet are too foolish to realize that there is a God? And don't bother replying because I'm tired of obliterating Atheists in their childish arguments whom dont have the balls to open their eyes so I will not reply to you either. Have a nice day!

  • @atxangel1982 Nobody reading your lightweight bullshit here would believe for a moment that you obliterated anyone, ever. You're going to go with majority determines truth eh? Well, which ever religion you subscribe too, please know that the majority disagrees with you as well. Its not like you crazy folks are you united in your delusions. And our number are growing while yours are shrinking. Keep that in mind. No "Empty Pew Syndrome" at atheist conferences.

  • @atxangel1982 who are you to say homosexuality is wrong?! people like you make me sick! im obsessed in making this planet a better place to live for my children, hatred and blind belief is not the right direction as you showed us a little of here! we are 7 billion people, and most of them dont know how gravity works or about a beatiful thing like evolution, and they starve to death! a prayer wont help, and havent helped anyone! go down and help, without saying they will burn in hell!

  • @atxangel1982 your god is a dick and so are you. and there are 7 billion on the planet. not 8. fuck your god hail satan 666

  • @klfly Not to be shitheel, Keith, and not like you could have really done anything about this, but don't you think it's a bit solipsistic to have both of the 'Top Rated Comment' spots on your own video?

  • @imax1971 which one?

  • @imax1971 too bad your "god" isnt real. its all in ur head pal. an illusion, a fake is a jezus is.

  • @imax1971 No. Plus even if there were a god, he wouldn't allow narrow-minded idiots in heaven. If anything, only free-thinking atheists would get in. Obviously I'm not getting in to this imaginary land, because me, not like other atheists, decided to call you out on your outrageous beliefs.

  • @nBoots97 If you are content living life without faith, that's fine with me... It's sad, but doesn't effect my life in the least... I have no ill feelings towards you. I hope you find the right path in life. Start with not calling people you don't know narrow minded idiots..

  • @imax1971 It isn't sad in the slightest, science flies us to the moon, religion flies us into buildings.

  • @nBoots97 Not my religion. As a Christian I hate no man. Jesus taught nothing but love towards your fellow man... It's sometimes hard but that is how I try and live my life.. Yeah, life without faith is sad, in my eyes anyway..

  • @imax1971 Do you support gay marriage?

  • @nBoots97 I consider marriage as being a union between a man and a women. So no, I do not support it.. With that said, I think that as US citizens all couples should be afforded the same rights. We do not live under a theocracy, we live in a Democracy...

  • @imax1971 Well I honestly can't argue with that.

  • @nBoots97 Thank you for being honest. See, all of us religious people aren't bad ;)... I agree that there are some that try to impose their beliefs on others. That isn't what this country is about. Again, as a Christian I COMPLETELY DISAGREE with gay marriage. Also from a biological standpoint, I see homosexuality as being meaningless... But in a free country, I don't get to decide who loves who and what their rights are. Peace be with you..

  • @imax1971 Well, I think this whole argument started because of your first comment. Just try to make sensible comments and as will I. :)

  • @imax1971

If you follow the Bible then you also must believe that it's Ok to have a slave and beat them, as that is sanctioned in the Bible....

You must also believe that killing "sorcerers" and children who don't listen to their parents is OK.

Your religion is sick and morally repugnant, and your "God" Yahweh is a sadist.

  • @imax1971 Right, Jesus taught us to love, but the rest of the Bible says to hit your wife and kill gays. It also says to make sacrifices (Leviticus) to God, and not just giving up things for lent. Actually killing living things in the name of God. So you go ahead and follow Jesus's teachings, but don't call yourself a Christian unless you plan on hitting your wife, killing gay people, and sacrificing cows.

  • @bachthoven1685 Your comment is ignorant and not worthy of response. Learn about a person's faith before insulting it. Spousal abuse? Killing gays? Cows? Ignorance on full display... Learn before commenting.. Please do not respond back..

  • @imax1971 Leviticus 1-16 states the rules of sacrifice. There are your cows.

"If a man lies with a male as with a women, both of them shall be put to death for their abominable deed; they have forfeited their lives." (Leviticus 20:13 NAB) There's the murder of homosexuals.

Leviticus 25:44-46 talks about slavery, which I forgot to mention.

The Bible states that wives should submit to their husbands.

I'm not saying YOU believe this, but the same book that teaches about Jesus also says this...

  • @bachthoven1685 Like I said, you have no idea what you are talking about. You copy and paste things from some anti Christian website (which are not even close to being accurate). You are aware that there are 40+ books that constitute the old testament and 27 that constitute the new? Right? You have mentioned the Bible. Do you even know where the bible fits into all of these books of sacred scripture? No you don't. Please... Educate yourself. Don't copy and paste things that you find on the net.

  • @imax1971 What constitutes as the Bible varies between denominations, but most commonly it is the complete collection of the Old Testament (Torah) and the New Testament. All of the books within those are known as the "Bible". Generally, when words lie between a cover page titled "The Holy Bible", the content within is known as the Bible. I'm not sure where you're going with that...

You cannot deny that those quotes are in the Bible, or at least the Gutenberg one. I have one right next to me.

  • @imax1971 lmao irl i kr i love how when people are about to die the turn faiths

  • @imax1971 lol no

  • @imax1971 or meaby you relise on your death bed that there is no god. just sayan.

  • @imax1971 Maybe not even that will make him believe!

  • @mamaschristmasbunny We didn't "choose" this belief you laugh at. We study the natural world & examine the evidence rather than continuing to believe some archaic belief because we think it sounds nicer. Remember this ridiculous idea of ours came about before the development of modern genetics but the more we learn about genes the Darwin's tree of life is supported.

The biggest flaw in your logic though is that your talking about origin of life which evolution doesn't try to describe at all.

  • @klfly Is the big bang not connected to evolutionary theory?

  • @mitchellphillips23 No, not really. Darwin did not speculate on the origin of the universe or planets, he was a biologist and evolution is a biological theory.

  • @klfly Does Science (specifically Evolutionary theory) disprove the possible of Christianity (specifically, creationism) or is it theoretically still possible?

  • @mitchellphillips23 No. You are talking about cosmogenesis (origin of the universe) and abiogenesis (the origins of life.) Evolution does NOT address either of these matters. They do in YOUR mind because abiogenesis AND evolution both stand in contrast with our religious teachings. But among the scientifically literate, they are very separate. Evolution addresses how life has changed over time, not where it came from.

  • @mamaschristmasbunny Theist Twat... Not An Oxymoron.

  • @mamaschristmasbunny: "There lack imagination ever more and describe your finite existence as to be described as a cousin to a fish or an ape; land let there be no other kind of fine

    tuning."

Your lack of ability to speak coherent english speaks volumes and when combined with your incredibly flawed view of what evolution is makes you sir, a complete moron. We are not "cousins" to apes any more than a radio vacuum tube is a cousin to the current iPhone. "Swamp mud"? Really? Just pathetic.

  • @mamaschristmasbunny ROFL. Even you admitted it, you need a big imagination to be a christian.

  • @mamaschristmasbunny Evolution is not Cosmotology. Either way, you prove yourself wrong by creating an infinite regression. "Dur something can't come from nothing, God did it" Then where did god come from, prick?

  • I think he has a point though I know he is joking. If they are going to create creationism they should do it has a class on religion and teach them about all religion on earth not just Christanity. They should also go back further than the Judeo/Christian thing!

  • "Are Christians gonna use that?" Ooooooooooooooohhhhhhhh!

  • God forgive the blind, for they were blindfolded by the beast and his image, You are holy and powerful and true. Who can stand before your glory without the blood of the lamb to stain his robe?

  • @za7h I like Lamb, but I prefer it well done and not bloody and add some mint sauce.... HHmmmm!!
