That's actually pretty low for a '95, you won't be needing a new car for a while.

@CatFro4 well true, but i need a major tune up on it. still got original water pump, spark plugs, needs new brakes, shocks, engine mounts and head gasket seal. About $ 1800 car cost me $1300 2 years ago. so yeah lol
