Whoever made this must've fallen asleep in biology class the day they taught them about the intestines/stomach. Allow me to explain the absurdity of this comic. First of all their stomachs would likely be penetrated causing acid to flow out. Followed by fecal matter due to a lacerated intestine. Then they'd probably vomit from disgust and pass out. Also their pancreas and liver could have gotten slashed up. Someone...somewhere...is masturbating to this. The more you know. The better.

The author of this is a surrealist. I don't think his material is supposed to be anatomically correct. I believe he has his own youtube channel called 'shintarokago'.

It's just supposed to be weird, so I think you may have missed the point with your biologically correct and somehow delicious description of the facts :)

Shintaro Kago is a surrealist, it's not supposed to be realistic, that's kind of the point.

And obviously there's bound to be someone who's going to be masturbating to this as this genre of artwork is Ero-Guro, an artform that combines guro & erotica and blends it with surrealism.
