We have never had full capitalism. Look at the most bankrupt parts of government. Social security, Medicare/medicade, and welfare. Hmm. Look at Texas. It is hit less by the recession than most of the world. has a balanced budget, and even a "rainy day" fund with billions in it. Can't say capitalism is broke. Agreed with the fraudmen. To put more money on the market they will have to inflate the dollar.
This causes inflation - inflation is a tax that the poor pay to the rich.
High interest rates is used to fight inflation, but it deters economic growth so lots of people get or remain jobless.
If inflation gets higher than 15% a year, I don't think they will be able to control it.
They will have to create a new currency.
Maybe this is exactly what they want, a new global currency and a global regulator.

don't be so silly. a weak dollar is necessary for international trade; in fact, the Chinese have been debasing their currency for the past decade for that very purpose. also, basing the dollar on arbitrary metals, (gold, silver, etc.) means limiting the power of the Fed, and central banks in general, to stabilize economies during economic busts.
